Nicknamed the ‘House of Colour’ - we proudly teamed up with award winning design house, Leivars Interiors, on this complete top-to-bottom refurbishment and internal redesign of this beautiful 19th Century home. With the intent of showcasing our commitment to design and construction excellence, we delivered a completely unique and eclectic home.

Whilst being very conscious to retain its original victorian character , we created a completely modern and future proofed home. Starting from the top down, we replaced the roof and installed Velux windows in the loft to maximise the natural light. We sound-proofed and insulated everything - ceilings, walls and floor - to bring it in line with current day standards. Structurally speaking, we rebuilt the ground floor extension and carried out major structural works throughout the property, from the basement right up to the roof.

The existing kitchen was redesigned to create a uniquely beautiful and functional living space, we also installed Velux windows into the kitchen to once again, open up the space and maximise natural light, seamlessly blending the kitchen and garden. The interior spaces of this home flow to create a traditional feel but with all modern day conveniences.
